The Real Zenaida Gonzalez Has Just Served Casey Anthony With Lawsuit Papers

“Casey Anthony was served papers in jail Tuesday night for her deposition in a defamation lawsuit filed by Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, an assistant to Gonzalez’s attorney John Morgan said Wednesday.

When her daughter Caylee was missing, Casey Anthony said the 2-year-old was with a nanny by that name. Eventually confronted by her family, Casey Anthony maintained that Gonzalez had kidnapped Caylee.

Authorities never found the nanny. They found a woman named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez, who denied ever meeting the Anthonys and later filed the defamation lawsuit.” ~CNN

I hope this woman wins the lawsuit, and is able to take any earnings that Casey Anthony receives from the death of her child (Reality TV show, books, copyrights, photo rights, interviews, etc ).

I would never watch a tv show, movie, read a book, or listen to a interview she gave! They would contain nothing but lies! No Justice for Caylee! I hope Zenaidia gets whats coming to her! Casey Anthony ruined her life and the lives of others!

It seems that a civil suit and monetary damages would be a good recourse for the injustice that has occurred in the Casey Anthony case.

Casey should be held accountable for all the wasted time and efforts at searching for a missing child that was never missing because of Casey’s contempt for honestly.

If Casey were made accountable for the costs incurred by her deceitfulness and cunning it would be justifiable compensation.

She should not be rewarded for her behavior nor should her lying become inconsequential.

    • Alethea says:

Right on Little Nel, because that jury told the world that lying is just fine to do.
