And the “victim” mother stories continue….
“Michael J. Fitzgibbon, a 37 year old man who police said entered into a sex pact with his girlfriend and her 15 year old daughter, pleaded no contest to felony sex charges. He pleaded no contest to more serious sex charges involving acts with a 12 year old girl, a relative.
Fitzgibbon’s girlfriend was afraid of losing him while she recuperating from gastric bypass surgery, so she arranged for him to have sex with her daughter for two months. He faces sentencing for the six counts of criminal sexual conduct on March 23. A no-contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as such at sentencing. The mother is scheduled to stand trial in February on three counts of criminal sexual conduct. The 12 year old came forward after charges were filed.
The mother, 41, was sentenced on June 18 to 12 to 22 1/2 years in prison. She pleaded no contest to three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.”

“A mother sent nude photos of her 13 year old daughter to a man who later raped the girl. The mother called police Saturday and held Erik Hull, 35, at knifepoint until officers arrived. Both were arrested. The mother was charged with promoting child pornography and her bail was set at $500,000. Hull was charged with aggravated sexual assault on a child. He was being held on $500,000 bail.” San Antonio, Texas 05/25/05
“A West Hempstead woman pleaded not guilty in Central Islip yesterday to charges that she and her husband videotaped themselves taking part in sexual activities with their 7 year old daughter. Both of their names are not being printed to avoid revealing the identity of the victim. John Jacobs, the court appointed attorney for the woman asked federal District court Judge Leonard Wexler to order a psychiatric examination of her and to appoint a private investigator to look into her background. He believed the woman had been a victim of spousal and sexual abuse herself. The husband has not yet pleaded to the charges. The couple have been held in preventive detention since their arrest and their two children have been placed in foster care. If convicted of the charges of sexual exploitation of a child, they would each face a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years in prison.”
Oh, I’m sorry, did they not get the fact that the man was most likely also sexually abused as a child? Why no psychiatric exam for him?
“A 45 year old Louisiana woman tried to turn her 11 year old daughter into an Internet porn star by doping the child and training her to perform sex shows for cyber-pedophiles. The woman, whose name is being withheld, was arrested after the FBI raided her home and seized her computer and photographs. She was booked on charges of aggravated incest, indecent behavior with a juvenile, improper supervision, pandering and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and held on $75,000 bail.” 8/25/00
