There are still many unanswered questions about the murder of nine year-old Aliahna Lemmon.
Michael Plumadore has admitted to killing the child and dismembering her body, and hiding her head, feet and hands in his freezer. But where were Aliahna’s little sisters when Plumadore was murdering her with a brick? Did they witness him cutting up their sister’s body?
We also want to know what the motive is. Most of us want to know why this monster took a brick and beat the life out of an innocent little girl. Did he sexually abuse Aliahna while babysitting her earlier in the week, or the night that he killed her, and then decided she was a risk for telling someone what he did?
Many sexual predators kill their victims after raping them in order to keep them from disclosing the crime.
As of two days ago, Aliahans’s sisters had not yet been medically examined.
At the very least the girls need to be evaluated for signs of post trauma. They also need to be questioned about, and examined, for sexual abuse. Medical exams often don’t show any signs of abuse, even if the child has been raped or molested, but authorities need to look at the girls before any evidence is lost.
Not only did Aliahna and Plumadore live in a mobile home park where 3/5 of the occupants were registered sex offenders, but Plumadore used to live with Aliahna’s grandfather, a registered sex offender. Like attracts like.
Due to the heinous nature of the crime, and because of Plumadore’s total lack of remorse, investigators in the case are now saying that Plumadore could be linked to similar killings.
“He’s not from this area. He’s lived in many different states, so our detectives will contact these other agencies. We had the FBI in early, so they can start looking at that also.”
A Former FBI Profiler has stated, “I would have a hard time believing that this is the first time that he’s done anything like this. The jump from petty crime to butchering homicide, I can’t go with this being the first time.”
Plumadore could face 45-65 years in prison, and possibly the death penalty.
