The Power of the Human Mind Can Create and Heal Disease and Illness

When I began having hypno-analysis therapy (not hypnosis), I was often bed-ridden, riddled with countless physical problems, psychologically dysfunctional, suffering from short-term memory loss, the constant feeling of having a virus, headaches, and had seen doctors for one year. I was looking for a diagnosis and some kind of medical treatment.

Conventional medicine could not heal, or help me, so I took matters into my own hands and found a cure.

I have healed from some very serious medial conditions that most people take dangerous prescription drugs to help them deal with, or they are suffering endlessly because medical doctors say there is no cure or treatment for their disease or physical symptoms.

This article includes a list of all the ailments I have endured -and healed from- in the past two decades.

Through the psycho-analysis/hypno-analysis therapy I do with Dr. Ysatis De Saint-Simone, and by The Grace of God, I have healed from all of these problems. The mind creates most illness and disease, and the mind can heal it.

Many of the symptoms listed below were chronic, and lasted for several years. Some of them were attributed to chronic fatigue syndrome, also known as, chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome, and now known as “myalgic encephalomyelitis.” Other symptoms listed below, are linked to fibromyaligia or other disease, illness or hormonal changes.

For several years, I experienced at least five, and up to ten or more of these symptoms at one time. The symptoms would vary and alternate throughout the years.

Despite the number of days I wanted to die, I never gave up.

  • Shaking uncontrollably in the middle of the night.
  • Trauma-like pain in head and ears.
  • Severe shingles outbreaks every six months, which lasted for years.

These symptoms have all been eradicated with the therapy I do. I am currently still in therapy for two symptoms that I will write about one day soon (neither of them are ME/CFS symtpoms.

But lately I have experienced more profound physical changes in my life that were totally unexpected.

I have regained my eyesight. A few years ago I had to get reading glasses. I could not view my computer screen, or read books and paper materials without them. I am now able to live most of my life without the use of my reading glasses. The only time I need them is for tiny writing on food product labels.

In addition, the therapy has virtually eliminated what is known as “hot flashes” from menopause. The hot flashes were repressed anger from childhood anger and fear. People need to realize that -childhood pain- (thus the human Subconscious mind) has the ability to alter hormones and chemicals in the body.

Myalgic encephalomyelitis, CFS, and CFIDS Are wretched diseases known as the “walking death.”

It took an entire year, $30,000, and some of the best physicians in the state of California to finally diagnose me with chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (now known as myalgic encephalomyelitis).

The diagnosis did not help me much, except to place a label on a disease from hell. The doctors were unable to help me, so I sought out an alternative, natural, and safe form of healing and treatment, by working with THE MIND.

Medical doctors, and the CDC, say there is no cure and no treatment for ME, cfids/cfs.

They are dead wrong.

On Tuesday, July 9, 2013 I climbed to one of the most beautiful places on earth with my beautiful, and ever-joyful Chocolate Labrador Retriever.

Climbing to 11,000 feet

Climbing to 11,000 feet -goal, the Blue Lakes

The hike begins at 9,000 feet and is nearly uphill the entire time. It takes about two hours to get to an incredible Alpine lake at 11,000 feet.

From 1994-2004, that hike would have caused me to be bed-ridden for a month. Actually, back then, I would not have been able to even do that hike in the first place! I would have turned around after a few hundred feet due to extreme rapid heart rate, exhaustion, and fear. But as I stated, had I even attempted to make that hike, I would have been bed-ridden for weeks. I also would have endured severe muscle pain, IBS or the feeling of a virus, or stomach aches and headaches, lack of concentration, inability to think straight and short-term memory loss.

Success. The long climb is worth the reward.

Success. The long climb is worth the reward.

True healing is a long climb. But like my Blue Lakes Heaven, the reward is indescribable.

This post is not to say, “hey look at me” or to make anyone envious. It is to show people that a serious disease like ME, cfs/cfids can be conquered. It is to give testimony that disease and illness are a product of the mind, and the mind must be dealt with in order to heal the body.

This post is to give testimony to the fact that medical doctors must one day bow to THE POWER OF THE MIND TO HEAL disease from within our own mind, and with our own free will.

I used the power of the MIND to heal myself through hypno-analysis therapy. I gave up on herbs, vitamins, holistic pellets, medical doctors and chiropractors many years ago.

If a person does not deal with their subconscious mind, their subconscious mind will deal with them.

Conventional and holistic healing can sometimes remove a symptom, but will never address the ROOT CAUSE. Therefore, unless and until, a person heals unhealed and unhealthy subconscious energies, their subconscious mind will one day create another illness or disease in that person’s body.

Subconscious energies are the repressed traumatic emotions that have been pushed aside, or repressed, in order to get along with the people who harmed or abused a person -usually in childhood- and were repressed in order to survive and maintain the relationship.

The subconscious mind does not like to be ignored. If a person ignores those repressed emotions, the subconscious will indeed hammer at them in the form of “dis-ease.” Disease is a symptom in the body, signaling that the mind is at dis-ease.

My healing was accomplished solely through the power of the mind. Ten years ago, I would not have been able to experience the incredible gift of being able to climb to this lake, or to take these photos.

This last summer, I climbed to The Blue Lakes again, and this time, I was able to hike the other few hundred feet to look down to the 11,000 feet Blue Lakes below.

Please note that this article does not include all of the psychological healing I have done.

The therapy can be done over the telephone, from many different countries in the world. Most people prefer to have the therapy over the speakerphone, as I do. This method provides more privacy and you don’t have to drive anywhere. The therapy is reasonably priced and worth far more than the charge.

The therapy with Ysatis De Saint-Simone PhD. is a miracle. If people understood what this therapy can do for their health, well-being, joy, relationships, and countless other aspects of their lives, they would be lining up for miles to receive it.

  1. The unconscious mind drives for you if you allow it and don’t take back control of your life.

    • Alethea says:

Yes, agreed. but for people who can’t afford to work with the unconscious mind in therapy, or whose issues are so severe that they cannot possibly know how to control the unconscious, what do you suggest these people do to take back their power from the subconscious?

    On-going Feeling of having a virus …
I deal with this and it is awful. It feels like something is crawling in my blood. This is just my description of it, others may not describe it this way.

    • Alethea says:

Star, I think “something crawling in my blood” is a good description.

      • Star says:

I am so happy that someone identifies with how the ongoing feeling of having a virus feels in my body. I thought it was just me. I don’t feel all alone and sort of different. I googled and I couldn’t find any good descriptions of this feeling of having a virus in the blood. It is definitely not all in my head or made up. It is an awful feeling and the tiredness or fatigue is awful. If I eat sweets …I am further aggravated. I just hate it. Thanks for commenting on this.
P.S. I have had so many of these symptoms (jaw clenching, hypoglycemia, shingles, mucus in stool, sinus problems swollen lymph nodes, feeling in a fog etc etc) on this list for years. I always viewed them as isolated or just standing alone. I didn’t know they were indicative of CFS.

        • Alethea says:

          Hi Star.

Mucus in stool, swollen lymph nodes, and feeling in a fog are associated with CFS. People who have CFS, often have a virus in them, usually the chicken pox virus, which can cause shingles.

The other symptoms are often indicative of other problems, but people with CFS can have them in addition to the CFS.

Sinus problems can be linked to repressed anger in many people.

          Peace,
          ~Alethea
