Thirty Nine Year-Old Woman Arrested For Sexually Abusing Young Teens and Five Year-Old Girl

Thirty nine year-old Tabatha Partsch, is under arrest this week after police say she sexually abused several children.

The children were preteens, young teens, and she is also being accused of forcing a teenager to sexually assault a 5-year-old girl while Tabatha Partsch watched. Police say she also forced children to watch online pornography.

The Pennsylvania woman is facing 18 felony charges for sex crimes that took place last year.

Court records are unclear how Partsch was able to have access to so many children.

The first reported crime was last September, when a 14-year-old boy told police he saw Partsch take a 14 year-old girl into her bedroom and lock the door.

In March of this year, police received copies of text messages between Partsch and a 12-year-old boy, who police say was skipping school to sneak into her house.

The conversation allegedly turned to sex; Partsch encouraged the boy to send graphic photos while she offered to send some of her own, police said.

Throughout March, police said, Partsch encouraged young boys to skip school and visit her at home.

“We can do stuff. Maybe touch each other,” she allegedly told one.

Over the next two months, police interviewed many children, including two siblings, ages 11 and 14 who stayed at Partsch’s home last summer. Police say that Partsch ordered one young boy into her bathroom and that she locked the door. The boy says that Partsch told the child she planned to touch him sexually. The boy says he resisted and Partsch punched him in the face and threatened him.

The boy says she then raped him and mocked him when he resisted the attack.

“You’re never going to be a man. Come on,” she told him, according to police reports.

She repeatedly assaulted the child on multiple occasions, allegedly striking him and recording sexual encounters with her cellphone, police said.

“You don’t know how many times I didn’t want to do it,” the child reportedly told investigators. Partsch forced the boy to sexually assault a 5-year-old girl while she watched, police said, threatening to have the boy arrested if he refused.” [The 5-year-old] cried when [the boy] touched her,” police said.

Partsch faces charges of child rape, statutory sexual assault and aggressive indecent assault, and five charges each of disseminating explicit material to minors and corrupting minors.  She is being held at Blair County Prison, on $150,000 bail.

One of my readers, “Peacesinger” wants me to have compassion for this woman.

I have some compassion for her soul because it is a tortured soul that lives in darkness, but I cannot have compassion for the monster, who has become that way by her own choice of conscious will. I have no compassion for her as a human being who chose to force herself onto children, mock and beat them when they resisted her sexual degeneracy, or for twisting the mind of a young girl in a sexual way that can be overwhelmingly traumatic and emotionally devastating for the child.

I feel no compassion for a monster like that.

It is not up to me to feel compassion for sexually deviant monsters who rape, beat, and terrorize children. My compassion lies solely with the victims.

Compassion and forgiveness for people who are not sorry is for those who want to live in fairy tales… who believe that most people are basically good, they were just abused themselves. Nope, some people are not sorry… and those people are apes… apes inside a body that appears to be a human being.

One has to ask for forgiveness to be forgiven.

    Well stated, Alethea.

This is a woman who sucks the life out of little children by forcing them to do things that will hurt them for a lifetime so she can feel titillated.

Compassion?! Come off it. This woman deserves none. There are no excuses. She’s sick and twisted, and she clearly had her wits about her during these assaults. I’d like to know Peacesinger’s reasoning. Those religious forgiveness type reasons don’t fly with me if that’s the case. Peacesinger, go back in time to when you were a child. Would you have felt like you do now if it was you that had been abused? Do you have children of your own or know other children that you care about? If so, think of them being abused. If you still feel compassionate after answering those questions, you are as demented as the abuser.

      To Kittsmama:

You said what I was thinking.

OMG I certainly do know a child who was abused. Today was one of my “bad” days. Some days I can only just stare at the wall and breath, knowing the anguish she has and will go through due to my husband’s actions. My reasoning on the compassion comes from my belief that we are all children of God. We are all in this together. Certainly, the woman in the article needs to be separated from society and given treatment for whatever is going on with her. Her actions were extreme, repeated and without remorse.

The children will need treatment, too. (Hmmm…I wonder what funds are available for them?) Acts of true compassion would be to focus attention and funds on healing for both. It would be nice if Alethea’s therapist was available for everyone, but that might be asking too much.

I understand that those of you who have been harmed would find it difficult to focus compassion in a case like this. As I said, we are all in this together and it is possible to have compassion in every situation. Sometimes you have to go down to the lowest common denominator to find it. Today I saw a brief video on child development where 7 or eight tiny babies were playing together. Very cute. Imagining that all the players in this scenario are babies, fully innocent and having compassion for the pain they have yet to experience is a good one.

Sometimes, though, that is still too much. Alethea said in another post, “God have mercy on her soul.” You know, that is incredibly compassionate. It reminds me of words from a Carrie Underwood song, “Jesus, take the wheel. I can’t do this on my own.” Sometimes things are so confusing and hurtful that you just have to give them away, but when you do, you are no longer focussed on hate. Its the hate that separates us from each other.

Do I condone/have compassion for/ whatever…this woman’s actions? Absolutely not! Her actions are beyond disgusting. She does have to pay her debt to society!!

Do those kids deserve compassion? Absolutely. They deserve all the love and care that can be given to them.

But does that woman deserve hate? Perhaps for a while. We all need to feel our feelings, but eventually those feelings quit serving their original purpose and feelings like hate tend to work their way back on you. At that point, ask Jesus to take the wheel or whatever works for you. When you are free from hate for this woman, that gives you the opportunity to open up the ultimate act of compassion and one that you so deserve. That is compassion for yourself.

      Many blessings.

How could anyone in their right mind ask anyone to have compassion for this predator? What about compassion for the innocent trusting children, I am so angry. Beverley
